Rating: D+ -- Only marginally more sophisticated in its treatment of cancer than The Room, which treated it as a bizarre aside never to be mentioned again. Full Review

Rating: D+ -- Straining to be meaningful until its blue in the face, All Things Fall Apart is a hackneyed, stilted production, held back in great part by Jackson's decision to insert himself in the lead role. Full Review

Product Description:

A talented college running back fights to regain his health after being stricken with cancer, and grapples with the realization that his NFL dreams may have slipped out of reach in this earnest sports drama from director Mario Van Peebles. Deon (Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson) was on the fast track to playing pro football when his health took a sudden and drastic turn for the worse. Meanwhile, with his body failing and his family falling apart, the once-promising athlete wages his biggest fight at home. Mario Van Peebles, Ray Liota, and Lynn Whitfield co-star.
